When a payment of fee is made to Taxoutlook. The same is retained in the client account. Taxoutlook will earn the fees up on working on clients matter. During an engagement, the client fees is earned at different stages depending on completion of milestones. Refund cannot be provided for earned fee because resources and man hours spent on delivering the service are not returnable in nature. In short, processing fees, payment gateway charges, cost of manpower for work done till date will be deducted. Also, any government fees paid will not be refunded. Under any circumstance, Taxoutlook shall be refund only up to the fee paid by the client.
The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from Taxoutlook
In the event a Client has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Taxoutlook.
No application for the refund is acceptable after 36 hours of placing the order with us; further, even if the refund is requested within 36 hours, but the Taxoutlook team has already started processing the order, the refund is not applicable in that case.
No refund is applicable if there is a denial from the Registrar of Companies, GST Department, or any Government Agency of any registration, license, application, or application petition for whatsoever reason
In exceptional circumstances, the Taxoutlook team will work with you to reach a mutually acceptable solution. Taxoutlook intends to be objective, fair and rational in resolving such situations to maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with clients.
In case your credit card/debit card/payment account has been overcharged, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org of the same at the earliest. Taxoutlook will refund the outstanding amount to your Payment Account within 15-25 working days. In the reverse situation, if the transaction amount during payment of the fee happens to be less than the actual fee amount, Taxoutlook will debit the outstanding amount from your payment and notify you of the same.
Please note that no refund will be processed if the team Taxoutlook has done their part to provide the service in cases where the client has not furnished requisite documents, information or clarification for delivery of the services.
Refund request can be initiated through email@example.com . All refund requests must be made within 6 days of purchase. We will process your request within 15 to 25 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.
Change of Service
If you want to change the service you ordered for a different one, you must request this change of service within 6 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order, will be credited to your Taxoutlook account. You can use the balance credit for any other Taxoutlook service.
In all the cases, except at the sole discretion of the Taxoutlook management, there will be a cancellation fee of 20%+ earned fee+ fee paid to Government would be applicable. This is necessary to cover our costs incurred for dedicating time, manpower, technology resources, and admin charges. In case you require us to hold the processing of a service, we will hold the fee paid on your account until you are ready to commence the service. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.
